Along the Fox River

Along the Fox River was painted at Ashwaubomay Park, where I was drawn to the gentle bend in the river and the lily pads floating across the water. With the lush trees lining the shoreline and their reflections in the quiet water, it felt to me like the quintessential Wisconsin river scene.
